Return Policy
Because every Custom Sun Hat order is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Why all sales are final
Each hat is produced specifically for you — your logo, your colors, your chosen style and quantity. Custom-decorated goods cannot be restocked or resold, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order is in production. This is standard for made-to-order custom products.
Our production guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected hats at no cost to you. To start a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. This is a production guarantee covering our errors — it is not a general return or buyer’s-remorse refund.
The free mockup protects you
Our process is built so you never get a surprise. Before anything is produced, we send a free, photo-real mockup of your design on the actual hat style, with unlimited revisions until you approve. That approval step is your opportunity to confirm every detail — artwork, colors, placement, style, and quantity — before production begins.
