Yes. Our design team can build print-ready artwork or a monogram from a reference, a name, or a rough idea. It’s part of the free mockup process.

Yes. We match embroidery thread, woven-band, and dye colors to your palette, including Pantone references, and confirm everything on the mockup before production.

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names, initials, or numbers and we’ll personalize each hat — a popular option for bridal parties, teams, and VIP gifting.

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, style, and destination. Packable and visor styles ship at the lowest cost because they fold flat.

Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment — common for multi-location resorts and corporate teams.

We make it right. If items arrive defective or don’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected hats. Details are in our Return Policy.

Pricing is by quote and depends on style, quantity, and decoration. As a guide, typical ranges run about $7–$19 for visors and packables, $9–$22 for buckets, $12–$28 for wide-brim, and $16–$38 for straw and Panama styles at MOQ.

Standard colors include natural straw, bleached white, khaki/tan, black, navy, sand, sage, and terracotta, with custom dye-to-match available on most styles.

Many styles offer UPF 50+ construction, and tighter straw weaves block more sun. If sun protection is a priority, tell us and we’ll spec the right material.

Spot-clean fabric hats with mild soap and air-dry; reshape straw by hand and store on a flat surface or stuffed crown. Embroidery and woven labels are durable and won’t peel or fade.
