Ordering custom hats for the first time can feel opaque — what files do you need, what does it cost, how long does it take? It’s simpler than it looks. Here’s the whole process, start to finish, so you know exactly what to send and what to expect.
Step 1 — Send your brand
Start with your logo and any artwork, plus a rough sense of style and quantity. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal, but if all you have is a photo, a PNG, or even a sketch, that’s fine — our designers recreate it production-ready at no charge. Tell us the occasion, your colors, and any deadline.
Step 2 — Get a free mockup
Within 24–48 hours we send a photo-real mockup of your design on the actual hat style you’re considering. Don’t love something? Revisions are unlimited and always free. We’ll also suggest the best decoration method — embroidery, woven label, print, or sublimation — for your style and design.
Step 3 — Approve and pay
Once the mockup is exactly right, you approve it, confirm your style, color, sizing, and quantity, and pay. Production starts the same day. This approval step is your guarantee — nothing goes into production until you’ve signed off on every detail.
Step 4 — Production and delivery
