Every Custom Sun Hat order is made to order and decorated to your approved artwork, so shipping timelines begin once your mockup is approved and production is complete.
Production & dispatch
Standard production typically takes about three weeks from the date you approve your mockup, depending on the style, quantity, and decoration method. Orders generally ship within a few business days of production completion. Rush production may be available for firm deadlines — ask us before you order and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your timeline.
Shipping costs & carriers
Shipping costs are quoted per order based on quantity, hat style, weight, and destination, and are confirmed with your final quote. Packable and visor styles ship flat and typically cost less to ship than structured straw. We select a reputable carrier appropriate to each shipment; the specific carrier and service level may vary by order.
Transit times & tracking
Estimated transit times vary by destination and the service selected, and any dates provided are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delivery timelines can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.
Multiple addresses & international
We can split a single order across multiple delivery addresses — provide a distribution list with your order. Many orders ship internationally; international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
