Custom Sun Hat produces branded sun hats — wide-brim, bucket, straw, Panama, visor, and packable styles — embroidered, woven-labeled, or printed for events, resorts, clubs, and retail.
Why we exist
Most custom hats are an afterthought — a cheap blank with a clumsy logo slapped on, ordered the week before an event. We built Custom Sun Hat to be the opposite: better blanks, real embroidery and woven-label finishing, and an actual design team that proves the work before you pay. The result is a hat people genuinely want to wear, not one that ends up in a drawer.
We focus on sun hats and nothing else. That focus means we know which crown holds an embroidered monogram cleanly, which straw photographs like a boutique product, and which packable shell survives a 5,000-piece giveaway. You get that judgment on every quote.
How we work
Quote → tell us the style, quantity, and occasion. Mockup → we send a free, photo-real design on a real hat within 24–48 hours. Approve → revise as many times as you like; we only proceed when you love it. Ship → production runs about three weeks, with rush options for firm dates.
